I am willing to okay that, but only once the facilities and security systems are in place.

I would agree.

I suggest we begin drilling immediately, and carve out some lab space.

I still think that in the very least employee and class D housing, along with basic workspaces should be above-ground. Away from the psychosis inducing reality bending monsters.

Alright so,

Underground:
Storage, and labs.

AboveGround:
Office for administrators, other workspaces, and housing.

We really shouldn't have the research near them either. Kind of messes with the experiments to have everyone convinced they are toasters.

Well, we need a few labs for analyzing the artifacts, that's mainly what i was thinking of for the underground labs.

Agreed, i suggest we requisition redundant research labs both above and below ground, the above-ground labs being used if possible, while the below ground labs beings used for nececarry proximity experiments.

Should we incorporate multiple entrances or no? Multiple entrances increase our ability to adapt to emergencies, but one entrance would be easier to seal in case of Keter containment breach.

I suggest we dig an additional containment area much lower down for Keter containment, with a single exit, able to be permanently sealed if required. Multiple entrances for the rest of the facility sounds like a good idea.

I second that motion, this would also make it much easier to prevent employees without clearance from reaching them. A good solution to the problem.

This sounds smart.

ACTIONS:
I report crazy chair guy and crazy dance guy, strongly recommending psych evaluation.

I submit a polite request to Rebecca Gallagher that a workshop area is needed somewhere, with a list of equipment and materials I'd like available. Capabilities focusing on rapid prototyping/3d printing, electronics/robotics, and customizing weapons/armour/vehicles/gadgets for the many agents. ((OOC: cant be bothered to actually type out the report, but feel free to answer in-character))

I observe out loud that this facility seems to have a lot of crazy, and a lot of 05 attention, for a place that *supposedly* doesn't have any SCPs yet, and wonder if that could mean anything...

Given the apparent focus of agent allocation to this area Admin. Gallagher okays the request, on the condition that the equipment provided has a focus on use against SCP's housed at the facility at any given time.  Utilitarian technology is all well and good, but a way to damage or destroy apparently indestructible* SCP's should be given priority. Such facilities would probably be installed in the abovegroud laboratories.

*The written response includes a reminder that the destruction of SCP 682 is among the tasks given top priority by the O5.
