He is a highly intelligent man who holds 10 PhD's from various prestigious universities from around the globe. Was approached after a technology seminar in London by three tall men in sunglasses. Has worked for the foundation in various sites ever since.

I know the game hasn't started yet, but i'm going to formally request the first order of business be to build an office building, perhaps disguised as a warehouse, i need me a place to work that isn't in the immediate area of potentially distracting or reality bending scp's.

And we could have a warehouse disguised as an office building!
