You know, if we shot 682 into a literal pulp, divided the pulp into separate piles less than a pound each, then individually vaporized each pile, then vacuum suck the vapor and blow them in several different directions, I think that would be as close to dead as it could ever be without shooting the vapor into the Sun.
The problem is the handling of the pulp.
The pulp has engulfed Agent Jennings!
The pulp has reconstructed itself!
682 is running amok!

You know, if we shot 682 into a literal pulp, divided the pulp into separate piles less than a pound each, then individually dissolved each pile in acid, vaporized the acid/pulp mixture, then vacuum suck the vapor and blow them in several different directions to the winds, I think that would be as close to dead as it could ever be without shooting the vapor into the Sun.

Similiar experiments have been attempted, 682 has repeatedly shown the ability to rapidly adapt his physiology in order to deal with immediate threats. If for example the following was attempted it would merely grow a layer of bulletproof tissue during the experiment.

Dump each pile of pulp into hydroflouric acid, then vaporize the acid, then suck the vapor into a hundred separate baggies, then launch each bag separately into the sun.

682 is also adapting in regards to acid, over time acid has become slowly less effective in damaging it. All of these methods are just too slow, and do not account for his ability to adapt to conventional harm.

Make it into a chair. It isn't destroying it, but rendering it inert.
682 would presumably still be murderous and violent. When it was turned into a kitten, it was still murderous.

The vapor would quite possibly reform into at least one 682. That's not worth the risk.

Anyways, the ideas involve using certain SCPs which no one has tested for some reason. They will not be disclosed until Site 12 is given the opportunity to try.

A godly voice booms down from above!

"SORRY GUYS. THE MANIFEST APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN WRONG. HAVE A NEW ONE. OH, AND PLEASE IGNORE THAT THIS EVER HAPPENED."

A sheet of paper materializes and floats down. It appears to be an updated supply manifest! You all get a very strong feeling that you should disregard the voice in the sky. After all, you don't want to look a gift manifest in the mouth!

Also, the facilities have been (roughly) designed and approved by the administrators!

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

Provisions for basic military armories are already in place, military vehicles shall be considered once basic facilities are built.
