Watching the woman, you begin to get a sense of her timing. Just after she finished delimbing, but before she straightened up, she is off balance. Not much of a window, but it will do.

A ringing sound out just as she grabbed the last of the horde. She signs before breaking the neck of the attacker and put a hand to her ear “E here, what do you want?”. The attacker get up, but is having trouble standing with it's head hanging off the side.
