If you get a chance, by the way, some method of hacking open lockers would be nice. Or at least breaking them open.

Actually, I kind of wonder how hard it would be to code that...*Goes off to learn Dreamaker*

There are actually multiple ways to do it, shooting with lasers, Emag, emitters, using hostile mobs by putting them in the path of a locker maybe even mech drills although i suspect mech drills delete rather then damage things.
