Goon is laggy and buggy as fuck. The devs, or at least some of them, are really cool guys though (Tobba and Drsingh hang out in coderbus sometimes)

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

learning to play on a laggy server is bad how?

it's actually worse to get used to the lack of lag then move on to f.ex. our backup server than to learn on a lagbox and suddenly everything is super smooth

Do our security officers start the round with loyalty implants?

Nope.

You know what this means right?

Forced loyalty implants or you're a traitor!

After all, if you have nothing to hide, why worry about being forced to love something you signed up for So your family could eat!

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

Server is updated and back up.

In a bit of shameless self promotion, i've been working on a game in my spare time, and started a thread for it, there is a link in my signature if you'd like to follow its development.

One big change is for Traitors: Instead of being given an objective or two to fulfill, they're now told to generally be an antagonist for the station.

Now that that feature is out of the way, I'm happy to announce that the captain's formal outfit was finally fixed!  :P

Why anyone would want to play on a roleplayer server is beyond me.  :P

Game isn't made for heavy RP, this gets just boring if nothing is happening.

Baystation's antag role mostly promotes things happening all round, due to a lack of objectives... which means antags pretty much just antag the whole round. On the other hand, some people try to come up with a master plan that takes ages and then nothing happens at all which is boring. Having objectives means antags are pushed to do them, so chaos can hit hard for some objectives... although sometimes if an objective is completed stealthily, the antag will just do nothing till round ends which means nothing happens at all. It's a tradeoff, but not too different.
