The tgcode repo is outdated as fuck, use normal tgcode instead.
The baycode repo I dont know, but I assume its not too outdated

Yeah, the first one is the /TG/ code version of Urist McStation, which is no longer being updated, and the second one is the Baycode version, which is what we are currently using.

I have yet to see any non ripley/firefighter, sleeper kidnapper, durand, or gygax. Stupid round sizes not letting me get resources for phazons.

Technically. It needs lvl6 or 7 bluespace, which can only be gotten by scrapping the teleporters from deathsquad mechs.
