You know what's worse? Breaking into Toxins and flooding it with Plasma as a traitor, then fleeing from captivity through disposals right through Science, getting Plasma poisoning and dying. True story.

The soundtrack "Not safe" from Off fits rather well when its the stage in a game when people are dying left and right.

I'm going to take a shot at adding flags that can be carried around and raised. My ideas were a "real" Nanotrasen/Syndicate flag, that look professional and well-designed, and a variety of ghetto flags made with bedsheets. All of them would waft to a magical breeze. The only problem is that I lack any notable spriting talent and spriting an actual, moving flag would be a pain in the ass. If anyone would like to take up the challenge... Please try to keep them down to the size of 1x2 tiles, or 2x2 at most.

Try to keep them 32x32, it'll keep dumb icon issues from happening, like a flag overlaying a wall or somesuch.

I've wanted banners for awhile. It would make revolutions that much more badass. Can we have hammer and sickle banners for that special touch?

Well, it appears they found the issue for the frequent server crashes on Sibyl, BS12 and here. Apparently, there is a memory leak in Dream Daemon that is extremely pronounced in SS13, and less pronounced in other BYOND games like Eternia and NEStalgia. The problem goes back to the start of the 500 series, and causes BYOND to slowly take up more more and more memory, eventually crashing when it reaches 4GB which is the maximum BYOND can address.

Lummox is working on a fix for it, and the latest beta versions is geared towards fixing this issue. Hopefully, they fix it for the next stable update, and we can return to a stable server.

It would require restarting BYOND serverside, and restarting the server regularly. We'd just end up with more downtime, and more hassle for our host, Vactor.

Yup, the vast majority of SS13 sprites are 32x32 pixels.
