Pretty much all of science just waltzed through multiple times without lifting a finger to help and just lifting a finger to hinder. This is not the first time someone has "Oh hey there's this engineering tape keeping me back and oh there's the engineers so I can just cut this and waltz into whatever they are working on because it can't possibly be dangerous in any way." tl;dr "This is in my way. OHGODWHYDIDNTYOUWANRME/DEAD"

Anyone with engineering access can lift the tape to let you through, although that also lets weeds grow.
