This makes me want to be the surgeon traitor. Walk up to someone, tell them they're sick, put them under, remove appendix or something... as well as putting in a powerful smoke/explosive/poly grenade. Watch as they go do their job. Explode them. Watch the chaos. By then, you can be setting up a phase 2 and either escape, go murderboner, or hide.
This doesn't actually work. People will metaknowledge/be suspicious/whatever and not believe the doctor when the doctor says they need their appendix taken out. I've tried.
You forgot the part where everyone is a pain-resistant superhuman and doesn't need sedation for abdominal surgery. Because that totally makes sense.
Oh look, someone is still sore that I didn't agree to be griefed after he explicitly stated his intent to do so! How abominable!
I didn't say that I was going to grief you. I wasn't going to either. Besides, is that a reason to goddamn metagame and then call other people out on metagaming?
So, according to you, if someone metagames (once, as was in this case), metagaming is automatically OK to that person? Logic does not work that way.
Besides, anti-metagaming rules are to prevent the crew automagically discovering the antags five minutes into the round, not against NOT LETTING SOMEONE HOLDING A GRUDGE GRIEF YOU.
I'd happily let any other doctor, that guy I saw around with an Emag included, to operate on me unconscious, but not someone who explicitly states in OOC that he wants to do to me what he believes to be unpleasant (in this case, drugging. I actually like it, but it was clearly intended to drug me BECAUSE miauw thought it was unpleasant. And there is a name for consciously doing to someone something you believe is unpleasant. It starts with G. Ends with riefing.
