She's a ten year old that got given the ability to do things that she's been drawing about for since she could draw, who happens to have racial memories from her eldritch abomination side somewhere in her subconscious that kinda applies a bit of pressure for her to do things like eat humans and stuff. Not gods, though. They taste too spicy for her.

Children don't usually have very good morals.

She's also half human, so if someone finds her and manages to convince her to lay off the people-eating, she could turn into a very nice little girl that also happens to be a Humanoid Abomination

Well, she could be just born on top of an arcane wellspring that managed to survive which mutated her original form, or perhaps she's not born of gods from this world but from another. I'm fine with half-human for characters, really. Really the main rule is to have it make sense that the character exists in a modern world and could theoretically live in it as an apparently ordinary person.

Oh, yeah, she fits that mold. I hadn't really thought of how she managed to become proto-cthulu, but I like both of those ideas. Mostly the second one, since it explains the fact that she occasionally scrawls black script in her notebooks that are supposedly various little poems and stuff, but look rather... nasty.
