They are talking about killing a cultural/tribal/racial group. Were I to say "kill the Nazi" I would mean kill the people responsible for trying to impose a system of government over me that I don't want. Also, as a side note that holds some relevance, if I saw a British Prime Minister sing about killing the Irish, or an Irish President sing about killing the British, I very much doubt very many people would sing along, or that they would remain in office long.

Yes, fine. Mandela was just as genocidal as Ceasar and all the Mongol hordes combined, because he sang a traditional funeral song of defiance from when he was fighting against Apartheid perpetrated by Boers.

And no, it's not genocide. It is a casual acceptance of it and indicative of certain tendencies, but not in itself genocide. His participation in the largely genocidal ANC, though, is interesting.

Uhm, wait, what did Mandela do when he was a politician that earns him a Hitler comparison? Having a quick glance at Wikipedia reveals no attempt at killing people, campaigning against whites or even retaliating against the old regime after he left the prison.
