Unlike most European countries, Russia exports grain, wheat, some other stuff... In case of sanctions, we can use these things in our domestic market instead.

EDIT: I've checked and all important food stuff I've in the house is produced in Russia.

I would have been very surprised if that wasn't the case. Russia doesn't look like a country that lacks the space for agriculture, after all.
