Epilogue Chapter A: No Mercy for the Wicked, will start later today and will include Valor Inara (BMM42) and Seyena Ikane (GB4L).

Its actually pure coincidence they get two episodes; Ep.0 was for whoever would kill any of Silverio's mercenaries

As the chapter will take place in 'far' future, few things will need adjustment:

A) Pick 2 weapons from ranks E to A (except Class-special weapons). Seyena can also wield one Staff (same ranks), or can sacrifice 1 weapon to get an extra staff. These items will be your new inventory (+free vulnerary).
B) Support rank bumped to S; gibbe support skills pl0x.

Oh by the way: Weapon qualities and experience points are not tracked in any of Epilogue Chapters, in case someone was wondering.

This is a worthwhile question to answer.

That's not too hard to reason.

1) "Jasmine's" alternate alias is "Seyena." She offered this before Seyena spoke, so she's probably used that as an alias before.
2) Jasmine use of aliases suggests she is an undercover operative, and while she could be some kind of P.I., her apathy toward Seyena/Hector suggests she's here on a mission (to kill these guys) and not investigating anything.
3) Jasmine's captors appear to be random bandits, but traveled a great distance to Valor's house to kidnap one girl AND the only witness (they knew of). There was no other advantage to capturing Hector, but their witness-hiding means: if they knew about Valor, they would have captured and/or killed him as well. So they didn't know about Valor, but they knew exactly where to find Seyena. This suggests they hadn't been watching the house for very long (so they were operating on some other kind of guarantee about its inhabitants).

It's pretty obvious they went after the wrong Seyena and didn't know it. The only way every single bandit could have gotten it wrong is never actually seeing Jasmine before (otherwise they wouldn't be celebrating a victory). This, on top of the other evidence, suggests Jasmine is actually a hired operative, and the bandits were hired by someone else to capture her. Rape optional.
