Cat ears, obviously. She desires servants, and what do cats see people as?
I'd have said fox ears for a couple reasons, but this would also have the allusion to a cat's servants constantly failing to listen to them for no reason.

Seyena might go well with rabbit ears as well, mainly because they'd whip back nicely as she goes WHEEEEEEEE through the air.

Alexander... hrm. I'd assume he'd need something heavyset; elephant ears are too floppy, I'm not sure hippo or rhino are distinctive enough... I'm now envisioning him as bunny, which I think means bunny ears are just the default. Maybe he could have moth antennae just to be different and explain his habit of being immolated constantly.
Riven I imagined as fox for the kitsune connection. Obsessed with servants and can now summon phantoms to fight for her fits decently well. Cat could also fit for telling everyone to obey her and having them not listen because they're stupid humanoids. Also possibly for taking naps at inopportune times. :I
Chris definitely needs cat ears. Agile bishies always need cat ears.
Ami... hrm. That's a tough one. My first thought was "something pink," which I don't think is a very productive train of thought. Maybe rat/mouse ears for her split?
Tantallos... I have no idea. He could probably stand some cat ears just for being a blue-haired bishie, I guess. His gleeful butchery of things far smaller and weaker than him might help. Maybe some kind of raptor ears for culling the herd, but most birds don't have much in the way of ears.
Edwin gets mushroom ears. Oh, fine, I guess if mushrooms don't
have ears we could give him... hrm... I actually have no idea here. I don't think I see enough of Edwin to ear him properly. :<
Charlotte probably gets rabbit ears because energetic and archer Viera. Bit of a copout, but oh well. Could maybe give her raccoon ears for mischievousness, or some kind of ambush predator ears for across the map crits. Large cat maybe? Come to think of it, Chris might be alright with raccoon ears also, though I think that'd imply trickster more than assassin most of the time.
Gregor gets bunny ears because everyone gets bunny ears. I don't know why a bunny commander makes as much sense as a bunny soldier to me and that amount of sense is high, but here we are. Otherwise... sheepdog?
He's the unofficial leader by right of monocle, but I dunno what that would imply. Something majestic, I'd assume.
