I can just take a pure water and dodge most staff attacks anyway, and rescue anyone hit. Really, I am pretty unconcerned.
Haspen probably snuck an anti-armoured unit in to deal with me, but Edwin can just sleep it.

But even if the does does open inwards, 2 things:

Design failure on whatever idiot thought that was a good idea for a castle, and...

Handles. Stick the lance through the handles. I'm sure a quarter-to-a-half-inch of wood can keep them closed for a bit.

If you get hit in the next turn with paralyze, we can't get to the door.

Do you understand the position we are in?

We are a couple fighters down, no healers, no access to storage (though admittedly, we don't have much there), and no horses.

If you get paralyzed, we can't go out the way we were planning for two turns, minimum. That's an average 12 squares of travel for all enemy units. We WILL have to fight our way out, and it may not be pretty.

Get your head out of the sand and stop pretending we'll be fine because a majority of attacks will bounce off of you in particular.
