Why not just pick through the door, rescue anyone who happens to be indisposed, and keep moving?

You're blocking the door now. I.E Chris can't reach the door and, being our only general and with no mounted units, you have the highest CON out of everyone here.

They're going to wonder who and why someone's carrying so much that they'll fall over during mass. I don't suggest giving names, just rank. If someone angrily calls someone's rank, means that they're pissed and people don't tend to question.

Admittedly then they'll still come to check so we're looking at murder and/or fleeing.

EDIT: It's still okay though! So long as we kill fewer people than there are members of our party it'll still be a net gain in lives saved and Alexandra won't have to lie awake quite so often at night wondering if she did the right thing. Up until Prixima sends her regards and none of it matters anyway.
