So, I see a few items of interest:
-Vulneraries. Obvious, we're running low in our medicine cabinet.
-Cutlass. Cheap, capable, and effective against Armored! This could be an economic choice for our sword wielders.
-Hand Axe. For Valor mostly, he could use a ranged attack in a pinch.
-Mage Masher. For leveling the field against Prixima. Though as a Crsh(B) weapon, I think only Derick can use it.
-Brave Lance. Gregor stabbings x4? Yes please.
-Silver Bow. What can I say? This thing could really hurt in Charlotte's hands. EDIT: And I just realized Charlotte's skill only goes to Recu(B). Oh well.
-Mend. Ami already has one- but maybe Seyena could use the extra healing power.
-Psychic. For those real emergencies.

Don't forget, regarding weapons proficiencies, that we can purchase crystals to boost one person's proficiency in swords, axes, anima, or staves by 1.  The use of the first of those would let Valor use the Mage Masher as well. 

Hmm, are we expecting monsters?  It's interesting that the magic store is selling books intended for use against undead and monsters, but we haven't really seen any of either so far.  I might just be reading too much into that, though.
