Nice, Chris got an assassination. First time I've seen that.

I'm currently stuck. If I attack one of the fighters now, they will probably nail me with throwing axes, and the longbowmen definitely will get me and I'm too low health right now to do anything about it. I may have to wait until gregor or alex weakens one of the fighters for me to get a finishing hit in, but other than that, I'll have to wait until next turn or use a vulunary now.

Damn my lack of speed, I can't double attack these guys, which is really bad for me now.

I'll attack and then guard, and you can shoot from behind me, protected by me. How's that sound?

That should work pretty well. Sadly, I think Gregor's gonna have to use his last vulnerary and risk getting knocked down, or save it and get knocked down for sure. 5 HP is not enough with two fighters in the room, and 15 HP isn't much better :/

Well my situation doesn't look favorable. Seems they're falling back to rush as a single mass. Darn it, was hoping the archer would attack me instead. Not crazy enough to take on two spearmen and two longbowmen, know better than that, specially since the spearmen can hit Sal twice. Gah, this idea just keeps becoming less and less of a good idea, I should of just stayed the course and kept heading to you guys. I'll be kicking myself for the rest of the chapter because of this stupid idea no doubt, should of just kept going after seeing that the three didn't turn around like I had hoped last turn instead of hoping that maybe they would this one.

Sorry guys, never let it be said I have good tactical ideas all the time. I'm thinking of either drawing those four closer to me before cutting and running, or just running and finally heading back to you guys. Taking all four on is hilariously risky, the spearmen still double and with four against one the results aren't something I'm interested in seeing. Unless someone else has a better idea, I think I'm just going to go with the latter and see if I can salvage this instead.

Yeah, Alex should probably hold the doorway he's in. I'll keep Gregor in his (maybe back up a little, though he'd lose his DEF bonus), and if Charlotte gets back in support range there's a reasonable chance of survival.

Also, I got lazy and didn't do the math on this. I'm not sure if it's possible to 1hit fighter G with a crit on my iron longbow. Oh well.

...Re-looking the map over, may of been for the best he didn't continue the path. By now he'd of been a turn away from you guys... But very close to the sage. Berserk-being-very-possible close. That... Would of turned out ugly really fast, considering Sal has almost no evasion to avoid the berserk, but very high damage and all the squishy people would of been in range of him... Yesh, hell in a hand basket, don't know why I didn't think of that earlier. Berserk is some nasty stuff.
