Hah, you're serious about possibly attempting to kill Prixima, aren't you FFS?

Such a thing is certainly possible, but I imagine quite hard, it would need to be an "all or nothing" sort of bumrush to kill her I imagine. Magic would be nigh useless, with only cold steel mattering. And even then, her robes are as steel-resistant as Alex's plate. She'd pretty easily two hit any of us besides maybe one or two, so one hit would be all that could get across. Which assumes it gets across, because her evasion man... Ouch.

Yeah, I noticed Charlotte too. It seemed random in my opinion, but seeing as she has the most experience/knowledge of the stones in the entire group, she probably has reason to suspect.

The problem is, if she charges Prixima, how is she going to convince the group to join her? Seyena believes that the stones are just that- stones, and don't have any significant magical power whatsoever, (Which could be ironic, if the whole subplot of her turning to be the true owner of Tigerseye actually happens). Gregor and possibly some others would charge in to help her, but if we wanted to keep our characters IN character, without descending this chapter into a meta-fest, the rest of us either wouldn't act, would act too late, or worse, turn on Charlotte in hopes of favor with Prixima.
