At the very least, we can de-rail it by refusing to work for Prixima. Hell, if we wanted, we could just keep the Dragonstone to spite her once we found it. Selling such a valuable trophy would surely net us the funds needed to start a splinter group.

Well, I have no idea as to the ramifications of such a plot, so I can only whole-heartily agree.

Still a trap though. Just you wait, they'll find the door locked on them and the others rounded up in the chambers, there is a Dragonstone there but its pyrite or something, Adrien bursts through the wall with Torres' head on a pike, then everything kick-starts into a song and dance routine. Because the priests are going to drug you guys.

EDIT: A more sane idea however is that the dragonstone is actually hidden in the box of sweets, since there's barely anything in there, empty wine bottles, a few clothes, nothing else... Yet a completely filled-to-the brim box of candy? My bet is that the dragonstone is disguised as one of the candies.

The main difference is no one would have agreed to a splinter group with Adrien as the leader after CH2
