No, but I'm sure that there are still plenty of mercs who'd rather do the job, get paid, and go eat, rather then do the job, torch the nearest town and murder all the inhabitants for their pocket change. If Valor wanted to do that shit, he'd be a bandit.

I don't know, there's a fairly large divide between "do-gooder" and wherever Adrian's going.  Most of the arguments people are posing against him, IC and OOC, have just as many roots in sheer pragmatism as moralizing. Though it is kinda funny, since his latest line to Valor about "(actual) mercenaries" reads a lot like temporizing and self-justification to me.
