Gregor gains:

This is taking into account all personal skills (except for maybe whatever Gregor picks). So really the best strategy is to just stand there. Menacingly.

EDIT: Actually this depends on when personal skills are added. If my Trainee class PS is added first, Hit and Eva become +18.75 ((2.50+10)*1.50), but if it's the other way around, it's +13.75.
