Fleshrending being effective against everything and a crit rate of "it crits", tri-linked being three ballistas working off of one. There is no overkill, just reload and fire.

Well, if we come across any RES raising stuff, I think Alex should get it, or some of the other low RES people. ...Which is about half the party, I think.
