Not now. We require more explosives and psionic augments to do that.
Can we request such augments, and I assume we can much more easily cast mind bullets now?

A psionic focusser is available, but it requires surgery to implant.

And now MIND BULLETS (30/100) are available as a weapon

We Madmen are very ingenious.  Sometimes it just takes just a little less sanity to pull off something completely awesome.

It's a mental fatigue thing. That is the only real limitation to Psionic powers

You run over to the rebels, and they seem to congratulate you

"Excellent Job... Operative?"

Good question. What is your gender, and name?

Ask about the numbers, then follow the rebels back to Hoth The rebel base.
(Am I the only one playing this?)

"we have thousands across the world, but 30-40 here in this city. Come"

You follow him through the underground pipes, and start walking. After what feels like Kilometers, you find the Rebel Base.

It is a cozy little place, with cool air pumping in. There are holoscreens, and a holoprojector showing the city. Their leader is dressed in slightly more important-looking gear. As you walk up, the squad leader walks up to him, and begins to speak to the leader.

"We raided the Arrivals area of the spaceport. 8 FWC security, all dead."

"Excellent. Any data taken from the spaceport??"

"Yes..."

As his yammering of various shit goes on, you notice, faint but when you actually look, yes, it's visible. He is a hybrid.

Hybrid refers to human settlers of this planet which have taken on small but noticeable properties of the once-native alien. they are weaker in body yet stronger in mind. but note that-

"So you're Agent Mckillburn?"
