Well...... We can talk to Ciro. Bolding your text means you are literally talking/commanding the character to do something. The only difference is Ciro is brainless and takes the stupid advice without question.

I don't think we can control people we're not being. We'd need to ask Riltia to ask Ciro to protest about her corrupted soul star, which wouldn't make sense. Also, Riltia wouldn't do it, or would pretend to do it via MS Paint.
