oOOH, code stuff. I can't do code, but my guess is that the encoded message is "Why trust you?". Operating on this huge jump to a conclusion, we might as well think up some way to make Proxxy trust us. If she doesn't trust us, then she won't let us look at her menus. Or did Cherish do that already a while ago? I can't remember.

Also, what happened to Proxxy's dungeon level? Do we know?

Looking through the index, I don't believe we've checked Proxxy's Soul Star's menu or the menu of the pink potion she has.

Switch Rubric to "Changed" and Persuade the chains to release you

One of Proxxy's passives gives her +5 Persuade against Mechanical and Changed gives her an extra +2 to Persuade. Pretty sure this won't work, but worth a try.
