I have an idea on what the revive pods might be there for, as well as some related theories.

After being revived, Ciro mentions that there were supposed to be more people; I think it was six, but I'm not sure. Thus, it can be assumed that the revive pods are used to revive the Siblings between cycles; it explains how they can keep dying and still have the cycle persist.

Either that, or Ciro/Vi attempted some kind of shenanigan with the revive pods in a past cycle, and it didn't work out.

Actually, if they are intended to be used like that, and Ciro/Vi was fairly dismayed to see that they were used in a different way, perhaps Weird Blue Ciro actually supports the cycle? Maybe all the siblings do, and they just don't realize it during the actual cycle? I think that the soul star energy is being used to power the "prison" that contains the Seraph, and if the cycles ended, bad things would happen.

A Cabin in The Woods-esque situation?

Crisis averted, I guess? Or else we just let Oric flee whilst saving face.

Oh well. Riltia huggings nao. Then ask her what the hell is going on.

Serabella -> Cerebellum.  Clearly this ship is the brains of the Warrens.

After a little digging, I think I might have actually found why the Skyship has the name it does.

"Sera" can be taken as a shortened version of Sarah, of course, but less commonly, "Seraphinus", which is naturally derived from Seraph. "Bella" can mean beautiful, or it can be taken as a shortened form of Isabella, which is derived from Isabel, which was a common name among queens ("Queen of the seraph"?). However, Isabel is derived from Elizabeth, which comes from the Hebrew name Elisheva, meaning "My god is an oath" ("My god is an oath to the Serpahs"? Maybe it hints that the Seraph have an oath to a higher power? Fits with the biblical hierarchy, and the name of Serabella).

I'm more interested in the fact that Ciro seems to think that she should reincarnate along with all the other Siblings at the same time; since that is obviously not how the Warrens are structured now, perhaps things were different before Oric took over?
