Why is everybody voting Demon?

I feel like a Hero will be much easier to convince than a Demon. A Demon will probably demand a ton of sacrifices, while a Hero will probably just want us to go on a quest or something. Also, the Hero is less likely to backstab us.

I'mma gonna guess its because we had a human merc last time we voted and desire more exotic party members. Thats why I voted for it anyways.
