Second shift and Tie the chain whip to the end of the bartering ram.

Holy SHIT.

That's it? Chief's ruling the Underside like a proper DL, using Cherish as a power source?

And he's Cain's brother?

Also did Al just steal the Astral Influx to switch the narrative to himself? :o

FINALLY, I am severely wary of messing with Cain just to get revenge on Chief. Or whatever. :<

SECOND SHIFT Pull out thy chain whip with your other hand and wave it around! Also internally monologue about what you know of what is going on!
+1, but first, Check inventory. Did he steal anything else from Ciro that may be of use? Probably not, but you never know.

-1 Don't you think it's a bad idea to hit an imprisoned Sibling with our soul star when he obviously needs one?

I personally meant to just pull it out and see how he reacts. Not hitting him.

So he intended for the Underside to be some sort of DL1.5? Huh.

Now what Sin would Chief fit into?(the irony that we used to theorize that Chief was a Sibling/Oric)

Chief is a Sibling... but also an Illborn. I wonder how that happened.

Not exactly a Sibling, because he's not related to Oric.
But the Underside is a Mock-DL.(Kind of funny how Ch. 2 is Nepotism, where we spent most of our time in the Underside)

Well he is a Sibling, just not a sinister one. If I get this right, that is.

Hence Nepotism. Not good enough for a soul star, but not going to let him go empty handed. While he was in charge, Cherish was actually the one powering the show. Which is curious.

Do all soul stars power a level?

So far it seems so, with the exception for Al's soulstar. Which may not be an exception.
