For the sake of posterity, -1 to any attempts to manipulate our emotions for benefit. Too much seesawing with emotion will depreciate the value of said emotions. In other words, if we make our heroes accustomed to death, they won't be effected by it later. This is dangerous methinks.

+1 to go see Cain though. We need to get back on the rails before the train shoops da whoops.
