I thought the second was the max bonus, and the first is current bonus?

If that was the case, I would expect our Class Stat to become -10/+0.

Except that the anti-magic field doesn't actually target the Blood stat, it's a general effect that targets magic after it's left the caster.
Otherwise, Cherish's heals would be affected, even though they don't need a roll.

Never before have I wanted to run a game where anything can be stolen, regardless of plausibility so much. Laying out slots would be amusing, but whatever. Gonna finish the hat thing first though. I'd have to make sure there'd be consequences for stealing certain things though. Might just make alpha rules and post them in the brainstorming thread.
