However, judging by the clothes and builds, it looks like it was done by Sammy the Safecracker and the Namers.

Bio: Trip never played by the rules, even in Police Academy where he managed to take down a criminal gang of drug dealers with just a stun gun when he was meant to be studying. Of course, this makes him massively unpopular with the force and he has only remained on the force due to extreme string pulling from his politician brother, and even then he's never getting a promotion.
