Hold on upgrading probably-unneeded Moineau I specs.
IF ROCKET EXPLODES: Build another Moineau I (Racnor has agreed to supply me a second engine if needed, and I'll pay for the costs.)

Missions:
Launch Moineau I with radio transmitter (Stable LEO).

Other:
Within five turns, FIEE will return a rocket to Earth from space, without it burning up in the atmosphere.
If launch and satellite test succeed, contact the French government to see how much they'll pay for satellite services.
Give Racnor fuel efficiency instead of a second year of transmitter research.

((I'm not sure it's worth it. 1m of fuel tank costs $50. That's $350 for 7, so I'd've saved at most $70 from my rocket, minus shipping fees.

You know small numbers add up But yeah next turn, depending on results now I was going to research tanks + fuel tech.
