"Yes, a sad story about that one. Her mother is the youngest sister of Duke Erran. Her fiance was killed in the same battle as her father, and her mother has been in shock ever since. Lives on her brother's estates, now.
Her father is long dead...  I think we should aim for her brother... But good impression on her mother can do wonders, too.

In fact I am 70-80% sure that she is chatting with her brother right now. Should ask someone if the guy is
her brother (Sir Denton for example) and if he is try to talk with him
Now asking who is she chatting with simply make it OBVIOUS we are interested. Mixed feelings about that.

Anyway, we need to chat with more people, like merchants for example.

I prefer this. Well why wouldn't it be obvious. Let's ask Sir denton who that is before we leave. Merchants are higher priority right now.

You wander around a bit, jumping into a few conversations here and there. You manage to talk up the market in Feroshire to a few merchants that you meet, who promise to stop by in the spring.

In one of the conversations, you manage to ascertain that the man talking to Marna is in fact her younger brother, Ernst.

The night then winds down quite uneventfully. When morning arrives, the guests graciously thank their hosts. Per your steward's instruction, you brought a fine pot for Sir Percival, which you present him as a gift. You realize that, at some point, you'll have to find other gifts for your close friends.

The ride home is uneventful, and you have time to start planning for the next month. What will you do?

End roleplaying section. Hope that was fun.

Finishing touches on watermill, Complete mine with the new flood of people coming in it should be easier to find miners and get some working stone and ore up, Build a bigger warehouse, extending down as much as you do out adding a basement level and reinforcing walls doors and locks.

OH! And we should also try and contact that ship captain that irlof was talking about. I would like a shipwright and shipyard please. We need to stick to our original plan.

I did it deliberately as to not screw with the original suggestion. I wanted to troll for opinions.

we've had a while to let that hip rest, now its time to make sure we're skilled enough to not get ourselves killed in the next war TM.

I agree with this, if we can find time.

Yeah, mostly that. Also we should check the booze progress, and take a minute to raise our social skills. Learn basic etiquette and whatnot maybe?

I support this and weapons training. Attempt to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Right. Let's focus on ettiquette and building of a shipyard the month after this one.

We need to find out if Marna's brother has an heir. If he doesn't, ask our steward if we'd be next in line to inherit his land if we were his brother-in-law. Time to get our scheme on!

But not before making OUR land much much better.
