Lets not joust, No one will blame us having some tampering with our equipment in attempt to kill us, we should stay and watch just not take part.

And if we do this, we should still inform the duke of our sabbotage. showcasing the saddle as evidence of such and keeping it.

I'm also hoping that the Rat has some real evidence we could buy of him (through proxy or not, though I guess he probably figured out we were behind hiring him by now) , He knew enough to warn us. lets hope he has something tangible as well :)

Well if he is preventing our death he knows he will find employment. I think we may want to consider amalgamating him at some point, plus he is sure to find a lot of employment for espionage if a civil war does go down. He should consider that.

Sorry, for a moment there I forgot we were all psychopaths.
Someone who has random urges to make mog juice isn't exactly going to care about the cost effectiveness of obtaining it.
