Here's an interesting question. Is that "100 people" the world population, or the average population of a bunch of villages? In the former case, that's about half a dozen to a dozen bands of hunter/gatherers and they have no reason to spread out as far as they have, or into as inhospitable of climates, and there have been at least multiple hundreds of humans on Earth for millions of years*; but if the latter, the name is misleading.

*Unless you're specifically stating Homo sapiens humans, in which case there's probably been more than a hundred since whenever they appeared, give or take a thousand years (which is pretty precise, given the difficulty of separating a lineage into distinct species, as shown by the debate anthropologists have in defining the exact species of most hominid skeletons).

Anyways...I reach out to the world, finding a lawless land with much cruelty and strife from its lack of laws.
I find the most desperate person in this land and cure his afflictions. If he is starving, I make him full. If he is sick, I cure him. If he is wounded, I heal him. This man or woman is now my prophet, and will bear my word with him/her when I need him/her to. S/he will perform miracles in my name to gain the peoples' respect and gratitude. That should be enough for one turn.
