Name: Gaharg Imgashgor Dehakull aka. "The Bloodcaller"
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: A 31 years old hulking olive-skinned bald man with piercing black eyes. He is always seem wearing a set of studded leather and ringmail, with a goat skull donned over his head as  a mask and sporting a larger bronze girdle over his waist. His favored weapon is an engraved executioner's axe he keeps hanged over his back.
Bio: A cunning warrior and talented, if unskilled, mage, Gaharg was apprenticed under Cthoga Rathdark, a prominent shaman of the Deaththroe Clan who was, in turn, an apprentice under the last High Chief and his chosen successor. Two decades after his apprenticeship had started, a civil war broke out due to Cthoga's assassination of his old master through what many assume was the Wild Hunt, culminating in Cthoga's own assasination by his apprentice with a poisoned dagger. Though Cthuga may have been a traitor, Gaharg remained the rightful successor through his now dead predecessors and his participation in Cthoga's execution played no small apart in his swift ascension to the title of High Chief of the Deaththroe clan. Secretly a follower and priest of the Old Gods.
Skills: Clean Leader (1), High Magic (2) -> Blood & Wind

For Clan leaders:

Clan name: Deaththroe Clan
Clan history:  Located in the Riverlands, the Clan has long prospered into its lush and fertile plains, fertility derived atop piles upon piles of corpses left on the aftermath of the slaughter of the Old Folk's populational centers by the High Kin. Unassailed by most of the beast that lurk in the wild woods and high peaks of the realm, the Riverlands were, as one of the seats of High Kin power, one of the places where their servants' hate of them bred truest. The last High King's death came as a blessing, purging the rule of their age old oppressors, however, the use of high magic and metalworking remained staple elements of the clan's society, blood magic first and foremost due to the vast populational density of the region, and High Chiefs are always succeeded by an apprentice of theirs. Smiths and warriors are also given great importance by the clan, though secondary to the few true magic users around.
Clan location: Located in the Riverlands, the Clan has long prospered into its lush and fertile plains, unassailed by most of the beast that lurk in the wild woods and high peaks of the realm.
Clan culture: Warlike, Blood Sacrifices, Spiritualism, Metalworking, Magic, Agriculture, Hunting.
Clan religion: High Gods, though a different faith is said to be spreading amongst the clan.
Clan banner: A black goat's skull on a red background.

Filex: Magic costs two points and clan leading costs one point, so you'll have to drop something because you're using four.
Thatkid, DH, Ardas: It's good.
Urist and Ghaz: Your bios are a little short (and a little cliché, in Urist's case). Mind improving that?

GreatWyrmGold: The characters in your story have names unfit for a fantasy world (John, Zach, Jilian, Tiger, Robin are all out of place). I am also getting a very cliché'd feeling from your bio: normal boy from normal town, becomes adventurer and magic user apparently for the fun of it (despite the fact that magic is hard to access and adventuring is very dangerous and not an actual profession: this isn't D&D), forms a team with friends and friends die or otherwise disappear immediately, serving no purpose to the story whatsoever. The bit with the clan has no purpose, either... So that definitely needs improvement.

Below is a list of spells (thanks to Iituem) that all magic-users know at the beginning. It should give you an idea of what you're in for. Those are, of course, the most basic-level spells. I changed some requirements, since not all wizards can find trees in forests.

1. I'll gladly admit it's a pretty bad backstory; I was mostly trying to get it finished.
2. Grimore, Tiger, and Robin were names the kids gave themselves, they're not supposed to be ones a parent would name their kids. I wasn't sure about the flavor of "normal" names, either, so I chose names that sounded like realistic ones.
3. Adventuring wasn't supposed to be a good choice; if they had encountered real foes before the bandits, or if the bandits were better-armed, or if they didn't have access to magic, or if the bandits were more prepared, they would have probably all died. It was supposed to be the sort of stupid idea that lots of adolescents have, only followed through with. Afterwards, my character just followed his preferred career--being a woodcutter isn't very exciting, and doesn't pay as well as he imagines mercenary work, adventuring, or whatever would.
4. The friends would have served a purpose if I felt the need to expand on that part of his life. It probably wasn't more than a few months, and (from a story perspective) mainly gives him a taste of what a life of not being a woodcutter would be like.
5. The bit with the clan was supposed to teach him discipline, again from a story perspective, which he obviously needed since he ran away from home on a wild dream.

So...yeah. It needs work, but I did think through things a bit.

Name: Milenas 'Tree-Feller' Dahlsline.
Gender: Male.
Race: Human
Appearance: Of middling height, and a wiry build. Milenas possesses blue eyes and a prominent sloped nose. His eyes are slightly mismatched in color, giving a small sense that something isn't right, when you're speaking to him from close.  His hair is a somewhat shaggy mane, extending down past his shoulders.
He always has an axe strapped to his back.

Bio: Milenas was the 3rd of 3 sons, and was never expected to rise to prominence in his clan. He spent much of his time learning arts that would enable him to support whichever of his brothers took the seat of power. Unfortunately for his brothers, he was approached in his youth by a priest of the Barrow Gods. Milenas was intrigued by the power that was offered, and saw an opportunity to bring his clan great power. Awakening his long dormant ambition, Milenas gave his blessing to the murder of one of his brothers (a bad hunt), and assisted in the murder of the second (poisoning). This has catapulted him forward, to seize the place of Clan Leader, after his father died of 'Grief'.
Fortune continued to favor him, when rather than an inquisition into the sudden deaths of his brothers, a messenger from the capital came bearing news of the death of the King. Milenas now stands poised to make a bid for kingship, or at the very least enough power to push the agenda of the Barrows worshippers.

Skills: Clan Leader, Axe Mastery (Lvl 1), Logistics (Lvl 1)

For Clan leaders:
Clan name: The Ahbilcan, or Sea-Guard, Plainsmen, Low-dwellers (Derogatory), Dirtgrubbers (Derogatory).

Clan history: The hills that are now known as the Hills of Ba'dur, were once a rocky storm-lashed island that the High Kin used as a staging point to launch themselves into the mainland. As a strategic move, one of the great High Kin mages caused land to rise from the sea and form a great and vast plain around the island. The thralls of the High Kin settled here in abundance, raising many sons for soldiers and laborers.

Clan location: Lush green hills, and sloping meadows feasted upon by local sheep and cattle. The lowlands around the hills are a series of small villages, and many farms. The town around Buckkeep is fairly well established, for the area, with most other cities being somewhat simple and rustic. Infrastructure is somewhat unheard of in the area with the exception of Bucktown, which only has paved streets, above most of its fellow 'cities'.

Clan culture: The culture of the Sea-Guard is one handed down for generations after the coming of the High Kin. They value family and prize how many children they have, though sons are always talked about more. They are pretty easy going, loving their work and laboring in quiet contentment. As a people they are incredibly slow to anger, and almost always shrug off attempts to rile them. History however has shown several points where rioting by the Sea-Guard has led to serious issues across the plains they call home. But afterwards the people settle down and rebuild what was lost without complaint.
The Sea-Guard are an incredible superstitious folk, and man several watchtowers along the coast though they generally will not travel by sea. They speak in whispers of a growing dark across the waves, and the need for vigilance.

They breed stalwart and steady men and women, who are prone to solidity in their ways and beliefs. Though they are begrudged somewhat for their lack of universal interest in hunting, or fighting, they will still do those things for good reason.
Glory is ephemeral, and fades. A good solid house will serve you, and those who come after you.

Clan religion: High Gods, though their lord now follows a darker path in secret.
Clan banner: A leaping buck emerging from a black forest on a field of green.

Aseaheru, your character app is really not up to standards. Your bio barely qualifies as a bio as it gives next to no info on your background, your appearance and bio are lackluster... I suggest that you look at the approved characters for an idea of where we're roughly set.
GWG, Robin is a definitely non-fitting name and tigers aren't present in this part of the world. Grimore is actually okay. The rest of the bio I leave it up to you how you edit: I'm sure you can improve without too much trouble.

Drowner, Beanie, Taricus, Dragor, Azthor, Terenos, Ghaz: all of you are in. A few notes, though;

Clan leaders are technically lords, not kings... It's just a small detail, though.

Robin is, again, not a birth name but a name she gave herself. (Chosen in part by an "extreme fantasy name generator," because I had an image of my character and his friends being caught up in the delusion that they were legendary heroes or something to that extent.) The tiger thing is a bit of a problem. I'll see what I can do...in the morning.
