I think I'm just dreaming and it's incredibly vivid, and there's no way of telling when it is or what "the world" or "Friday" is.

I checked Infowars on the 21st, they were setting up contingencies days before.  It's not the end, it's the turning point.  Every major event past here will be retroactively shoehorned into 2012.

Maybe they finally introduced those much-needed bugfixes. Especially the walking on water bug that kept bugging me (pun intended) when I tried replicating it.

You know, what if like, the world did end, but it didn't end?
Maybe the human existence as a whole is just some dream that everyone is part of.
All of our brains are linked by some sort of telepathic bond that allows us to interact with one another as if it were real, but it isn't.
Our real bodies are just, laying dormant, waiting for us to leave this universe, and move into the real one.
Dunno where I was going with that.
