Your world is a world of heroes and villains. Their powers are of all types and origins. In this world, maybe three or four percent of people have powers, about three in four of these know it, and around 0.5% are either full-time heroes or the villains whom they oppose.

You are a Power Leech, someone who can gain the powers of various other heroes by consuming their bodily fluids. But before your tale an start, we must learn about what you are.

Super Mathematics
Description of Abilities: Lucy can solve most problems that she mostly understands the basic math to within maybe 10-15 seconds.

Description of Abilities: Lucy is about a tenth stronger than her size and musculature would indicate.

Healing
Description of Abilities: Lucy heals from smaller cuts within 5-7 seconds. Larger cuts and internal organ damage have not been tested. Blood regeneration rate is estimated around 5 mL per minute.

-Description: Griffin could recover from small cuts within a second or two. Extrapolation suggests that he would recover from larger slash wounds fairly quickly as well. Actually repairing internal organs would take longer, if it worked at all. As effects from blood loss were imperceptible, lost blood was probably replaced at a rate of around 50 mL per minute.
Thurman Dixon [15%]
-Description: Thurman recovered from bruises within a second, and bloody noses very quickly. Once, when he cut his thumb on a knife, the cut healed within two or three seconds.

Toughness
Description of Abilities: Lucy doesn't feel much pain. Stubbing her toe and other minor pains are easily ignored; even a punch will just be noticed if it's not made with particularly malicious intent. Her skin is about as tough as a callus, but still nice and soft. Lucy recovers from illnesses about twice as fast as normal. Finally, her blood clots about twice as fast as normal.

-Description: This person was evidently unaffected by pain. He also seemed to have a toughened epidermis, as the glass left fairly small cuts in his flesh.
Thurman Dixon [6%]
-Description: Thurman doesn't feel pain at all. In addition, he recovers almost instantaneously from most minor wounds and isn't ever sick.
Unknown superhuman [2%]
-Description: This person didn't seem to feel any pain, and claimed to have not passed out when he lost his arm. Oh, yeah, he lost his left arm at age 9. His wounds also clot much faster.

Flight
Description of Abilities: Lucy has a patch of feathers between her shoulder blades. She can levitate two or three inches off the ground and fly at speeds around 1 mph.

Liquification
Description of Abilities: Lucy can turn about a quarter of herself into liquid at a time, but this has about a two in three chance of failure (and there is an equal chance of failing to control herself from liquifying in certain dangerous or stressful situations).

Healing
Description of Abilities: Lucy can heal others about half as fast as she heals herself, and minor ailments such as colds are healed within maybe 5-10 seconds.

Acquiring Powers:
You need to ingest bodily fluids of a superpowered individual. Superpowers derived from technology, (Iron Man, cyborgs, etc) are not acquirible, and powers derived from other individuals (divine-origin powers, for instance) take about twice as much fluid to absorb.
Powers cannot be absorbed in full from a simple drop of saliva. They are typically gained bit by bit:

Cerebrospinal fluid is more efficient at absorbing mental powers.
Sweat is more efficient at absorbing physical powers which are not specifically associated with specific body parts.
Tears are more efficient at absorbing emotional powers.

This percentage is divided among various categories, such as Strength and Reliability. For instance, if you have the Super Strength of Redthunder, who is as strong as four and a half men, at 10%, you could have 1/10 Strength, making you about a third stronger. If you have telepathy at 5%, it could have Strength at 3/4 and Reliability at 1/15, meaning that you would fail to read minds or whatever most of the time.
Various powers can be gained from different individuals, and they stack. In addition, you can gain multiple powers from the same individual.

Skills:
Skill rolls are on a d20.
Untrained skills are at -5. Knowledgeable skills are at -3. Inexperienced skills are at -1. Experienced skills are at +1 per "level" of experience--if your Firearms skill is Experienced III, you have a +3 bonus to Firearms rolls.

Pretty much any liquids generated by the body. Saliva, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, those yucky things you were worried about...
Blood is among the best, if not THE best, though. You also don't get the full power with one sip.
