The letters A, B, C, E, H, I, M, O, S, X and Z are already used. Granted, not all of them are creatures, but still.

'Ѹ' having its own special character is pretty neat. I could imagine it popping up, similarly to vermin, whenever a dorf climbs over another dorf blocking a narrow passage.

Though I doubt you could add most of the cyrillic alphabet to the default ASCII, without it looking weird or squashed.
