I don't remember if Fate Points which were only spent instead of burned are replenished after an encounter or some time resting.

They get refilled at the beginning of each chapter.

Thanks for the info. I guess I'll take it then, adding +10 to my roll to compensate for the shakiness and if possible spending another one for a re-roll whenever necessary. I'm willing to spend two Fate Points to take down that mofo, but I'll keep the last one to be burned just in case Lemanov suffers terrible injuries and has to roll to survive.

Edit: Went on to check the Insanity points the team got from this encounter, and I have to say I was pretty luck.
