That's more II than I. I was well documented. II was a recalling of like 3-5 storylines, with several happening at once

I declare the hiatus over. No solution has been presented the past month and as such, this fortress will continue under the threat of FPS death. What that means, sadly, is that people with poor computers will be unlikely to have the patience to run a full year and even with good computers it'd take some time. Regardless, some have shown that they're quite used to this speed and such the fortress will proceed as usual. Anybody wishing to take a turn have this in mind and download the latest savegame to test if you can and have the patience to run it.

That said, the turn order proceeds as usual, skipping those who cannot deal with the lag. There is a slight possibility that in the future the FPS will improve through the efforts of future overseers, and such is my hope, however until then, we march onwards.

Due to unfortunate technical circumstances, Sprin will be skipped and the next turn falls onto TheFlame52, who right now is unavailable until the 17th of July, 2016. Afterwards if he accepts the position of overseer his one-week turn will start. It is of interest to also consider the possibility of extending the one-week turn limit to two weeks due to the lag.

Certainly. If we let only people who were seriously dedicated to the continuity of the story and fort, we'd be stuck with a small selection of people. We're trying to enjoy each other's lols after all.

We barely have the manforumite power to keep control of the land.

I don't think unleashing another flavour of hell would be productive. We simply wouldn't be capable of building that wall.

Though if we ever do, I vote naming the obligatory squad stationed down there the "Night's Watch," manned primarily by those persecuted by the legal system and nobles.
