From what little I know about composing music, I recommend Pxtone, though you might have trouble looking for the voices that you want since the ones that it comes with are a bit limited. Still, it's a decent choice.

Only one I've tried is LMMS, which is sort of a Linux mutation of Fruity Loops. <- That is hilarious btw. "Deez FROOT LOOPS are all mine! I'mma sue y'all!"

I've done the weapon attacks! If you can't tell, it's not a very good fighter. In fact, I'd prefer it if it couldn't attack at all, but I'd be happy if its attack was just terrible.

Now I've just have to do 12 more sprites before I move onto movement and have to sort out all of those limbs...

• Derm, a different kind of chaos mage (probably spells with long casting time but high return value)
• GO, possibly a tank
• Fuzzy, a Zerg who does who knows what. Debuffs?

Pretty much a medibot, which can also buff the party. Well, it was either buffing or tanking, but nobody else is buffing and a tank that could easily heal itself is kinda overpowered.

EDIT: Channelling and Casting/Item Use done. Now to beat my head against the movement sprites.

I would highly recommend the Ubuntu Studio Linux distribution for audio production. It comes with a customised Linux kernel that's ideal for audio production, integrating the best upstream technologies. Oh, and it comes with Ardour out of the box!

Problem is, that I am using Windows 7.. So these Linux/Mac programs would be rather.. difficult to use?

Ooooooooo, can I be dorfed here? I think I'd be a better NPC than a PC, maybe some boss who only attacks with his annoying voice. Or maybe a shopkeeper who only sells useless items/tells only useless tips? I'm sure a couple of people around here would like to kill me in an RPG.
