Bartholomew has an uneasy sleep, troubled by nightmares only he knows the cause of. He wakes up with a startle, covered in cold sweat...Once again inside one of his nightmares, where no one can hear him scream.

To anyone watching his sleeping figure, Barth shivers and sweats like a man in a fever. His jaw tenses and slackens and even while closed, his eyes seem to squint in concentration. After some minutes, he suddenly wakes up and moves into the forest, heading to the brook.

Allie wakes up early out of hunger. She didn't even eat anything yesterday. Luckily, pie. She goes to the kitchen, cuts a quarter of it off, and heats it up in the microwave. Finally showing it some use.

Barth waves to Alith before heading downstream by the side of the brook. "Hello, but sorry. I have to take a bath and I don't want to disturb you. Good luck."

The medic keeps heading down the stream until he gets to a deserted spot, splashing water on his face before taking off his bandages and washing them along with his clothing.

Ke turns over, head tilting as she wakes up... Tongue flicking out for a moment before she frowns with concern.

James sighs and decides to talk to Camille a bit later on. He then walks out to a peaceful part of the forest and sits down against a tree to gather his thoughts.

It wouldn't take long for Ke to find his trail - apparently feeling safer, Bartholomew had temporarily dropped his habit of rubbing herbs on his body to make his scent harder to track.

The snakegirl would find all of this clothing drying on the branches of a large tree along with his bandages. The man himself would see or hear her approaching and hide most of his body underwater, only his head peeking out from the water. "Hello Ke, feeling fine today? Sorry if I got your worried, by the way."
