Once the two of them get outside, Sona puts her hands onto a tree and pulls two training swords from it, and gives one to her. She adopts a defensive pose.

Allie sits down next to Nayaru and eats her soup.
"It's been an interesting day, hasn't it?"

Nayaru starts licking the bowl.

Nayaru puts the bowl on the counter and heads to the tv.

Allie sits down next to Nayaru and eats her soup.

Sona rushes Nenikki but spins at the last moment, swinging the practice blade at her abdomen. Just then, a vine pops from the ground and grabs Nenikkis foot, tugging on it.

Lucas starts smiling as he reads the message. Apparently it's for him.
"I also got stuck here, kid. Rook's Missing, and Bishop? Well, who gives a damn about Bishop? Knight's here with me. No clue where King is at, either... Good luck, Pawn! PS, Knight wanted me to tell you to keep safe... ~Queen."
He cringed at the word pawn.
"Huh. Looks like I'm not the only person from my squad who ended up here."

Allie finishes her soup.
"That's good."

"Squad, huh? That reminds me, out of all the people here, I think I've talked to you the least... Your name is Lucas, right?"

Sona snaps her wrist backwards just in time to dodge the blow. The vine on Nenikkis ankle suddenly jerks her hard to the side.

Nenikki kicks at Sona's shin with her free foot, uses her left hand to stabilize herself, and her sword to cut herself free.

He puts the note away.
"I really hate that codename."

Maria chuckles.

"Where I'm from, those words usually mean people you don't want to mess with."

"She is right, there is nothing wrong with Sona...And are you feeling unwell, Ke?" Bartholomew asks, his calm expression changing into worry almost immediately.
