"Yes, it did. Makes a little of sense from what we know of Kwyk, though." Bartholomew answers, his gaze still focused on Ke while trying to get her to perk up.

She quietly hugs Barth as she looks curiously to Tyrion.

Tyrion scoffs.
"You're listening to Sona too much. A good knight wouldn't stand in the face of death for no reason. She would only do so if the cause was worth her own life. Trust me, you could have stopped her better by dodging then by standing."

"Yes, it did. Makes a little of sense from what we know of Kwyk, though." Bartholomew answers, his gaze still focused on Ke while trying to get her to perk up.

"I did a pretty terrible job of that as well. And I wasn't worried about my life. I'm tougher than I look. But I agree about that..."

Bartholomew hugs her back but turns his head to Tyrion as well. "What? Principal?"

"Sorry. Principal. It's like a client for us. I think it's from bodyguard speak. It's someone we try and defend."

Maria shakes her head.

"I did a pretty terrible job of that as well. And I wasn't worried about my life. I'm tougher than I look. But I agree about that..."

"Look. You did the best you could. Just live with yourself and improve yourself."

"Oh, of course! Sounds like it's time to train. Do you have anything I could use as a target? I'm a little too cautious about this thing to try to make its first strike against a solid tree."

Maria grins, hefting her sword and resting it on her shoulder.

Indeed, the electricity is long gone. Although some is occasionally seen on the sheath, it seems like the sword itself is almost perfectly normal.

"I've got some food inside. Meat from some creatures I killed a while ago."

"You like it raw though, don't you?"

"Pretty much. I can eat it cooked if the need arises, but it's easier for me to digest if it's raw."

"Any seasonings you like?"

Kwykathen smirks a bit, "I'm kind of partial to mint, but that's not really something that goes well with meat. So when it comes to meat, not really."

Tyrion gives a half-serious sigh and punches a few codes into his wristpad. Two of the drones pop from their containers on his back and start whizzing around.
"Just be careful. Don't break these, they take forever to make. "

"Pretty much. I can eat it cooked if the need arises, but it's easier for me to digest if it's raw."

"...But I wanted something to break...ah, well, they'll do for movements and strikes, I suppose."

She heads outside.

"Now, come on... Let's see how much of a sword this thing really is...."
