The rifle slowly lowers and someone steps out from behind it. It's a man, wearing a visored futurist helmet and a jumpsuit. Both of them are dominantly grey, with dark blue accents. He's tall, with long limbs.
"I am Tyrion Underrous. I was sent to defend you, by something calling itself The Lost. Do you mind if I change my voice? This one is unnatural to me."

She just stares. Deep down under that stare, the outrage of a really, really pissed off war snake is churning, and she seems to be trying quite hard to ignore it.

Primals are primarily bodyguards. Threats... Don't make them happy at all, especially against those they are with. If I had to guess, she's ignoring a voice in her head that says 'Kill it with Plasma'. Normally, an owner would tell that voice to stand down.
