Richard pulled out a battery-powered coffee maker and a pitcher of water, then walked off to make some coffee.

"Oh, I can cook, by the way." Barth gets his lamp, puts the flame to burn as strong as possible and dettachs its top part, proceeding to take some l bread from his backpack, cutting them in half and filling them with some leaves and what seemed a thick vegetal sauce, putting it on top of the lamp's corners and leaving it to roast.

"I was near the group, but I retreated into the woods as a precaution and somehow it became difficult to find you again." he gestures to the window and the trees outside. "This place is probably shifting from time to time."

"Oh god... What happened? ...And why does my jaw hurt so much?"

"Hello. Bartholomew Alteon, pleased to meet you. I do not know the specifics, but here." he wraps the moist and well-seasoned bread in a cloth and offers it to Bryan. "Easier to eat."

Richard returned several minutes later with cups of steaming coffee and bagels, with a cinnamon bun for Allie.

"I'm back with coffee.

And Bartholomew, you can cook? Awesome."

"Hello. Bartholomew Alteon, pleased to meet you. I do not know the specifics, but here." he wraps the moist and well-seasoned bread in a cloth and offers it to Bryan. "Easier to eat."

Bryan takes the bread, and starts nibbling at it.

"Thanks. And I'm Bryan Ashcraft. Pleased to meet you."

"Bryan, want some coffee with that? I've still got some left if you want it."

"That'd be great, thanks. Been ages since I've had some caffeine."

Allie sets the the coffee to her side and takes a bite out of the cinnamon bun.

Richard went out and returned with another cup of coffee, handing it to Bryan.

Bryan sipped at the coffee, before smirking, which caused him to wince slightly.

"Figures, the first time I go against instinct, I nearly get myself killed."

"Where are the others?"

"The nameless thing and Nayaru left and we don't know where they are..."

"And Bartholomew, you can cook? Awesome."

"When you are a wandering medic in the place I came from, you end up learning more than just how to heal people." he says, checking Bryan's jaw and noticing the broken broomstick.

He raises part of the half-drooled, half-vomitted broom and stares at the group. "...Well..."

"I think they escaped. I didn't feel anything, and I assume you didn't."
The Lost sits down and as he relaxes, the bottom half of his body dissolves into a pool.
