Background: Born a gunslinger (sort of a knight errant/judge) in the twilight of his kingdom, Roland Deschain tried to fight the corruption, but it wasn't enough, leaving him wandering the world as a lone gunslinger, eventually finding purpose- The Dark Tower. However, at a part of his journey, he passed out, and woke up- in Luna's base. It was a bit of a shock, to say the least.

TCM, please balance this. I had no idea how, so just do what you will.

As a side-note, I went with the pre-finger loss version, as there were more pictures and made more fluff-wise sense.

Items/Equipment:
Wearing: Fancy Fedora, the Accessory that can get you anywhere.
Weapons (Can only have his gun and one knife at a time): The Ambassador, Perfect for pissing off snipers. Does extra damage on Headshots.
Sharp Dresser: An antique knife that pops out of the sleeve. Feel old again!
Spy-Cicle: Freezes anyone backstabbed, melts in fire for 15 seconds, Silent.
Your Eternal Reward: When it's used to backstab, you take on the backstabbed enemy's appearance immediately. Cannot Disguise otherwise.
Conniver's Kunai: Gives -1 to defence, but a successful backstab removes it and gives a +1 instead.
Sapper: Slowly destroys electrical equipment when placed.
Disguise Kit: Looks like a Cigarette Case. Let's him disguise as an enemy, making him near undistinguishable from them.

Description: A Crack Shot, sometimes appears to help Christian Brutal Sniper in his activities. This time, he's decided to help another cause. PONIES. Also because the French have had a relationship with Equestrian forces since WW2.

Has a Severe Hat Obsession. If he sees one, he'll go for it, no matter what.

Stout Shako for Two Refined: Teleports to the nearest enemy, blethering about trading with them. Blinds and Deafens the opponent for the next turn (3 Turn Cooldown)
Chargin' Targe: Can Sprint Forwards at incredible Speeds while bashing whatever's in his way with his shield. (1 Turn Cooldown)
Items/Equipment:
Grenade Launcher: Self Explanatory, Holds 25 Grenades, can fire 5 times before reloading.
Chargin' Targe Shield: Gives the Targe Ability
Frying Pan: Main Weapon. Makes a very loud noise when hit with, with the power of a metal shovel.

Can you describe each of the abilities and items you list in the sheet? I haven't read the book so I don't know how to describe them myself.

Father's Guns: a pair of .45 caliber, six-shot revolvers. He's been using them all his life.
Ammo Bandolier: holds the bullets (made by himself, if i recall correctly)
Wanderer's Clothing: see picture.

Knight's honor: will not kill other lawmen, unless they're obviously corrupt, and targets corruption especially, from anything or anyone. (this is more fluff than anything else)
Gunslinger: this was meant as more of an aoe, flaming hands-type effect, but it's more fluffy than anything else.

Note: I haven't read all the books, just the first few, and this is before he dropped to using one gun.

In essence, he's a guy with two handcannon-esque revolvers..

Moral benefits usually give the effected targets +1 to rolls for a length based on how good the morale-boosting roll was.

The ability give a morale boost to surrounding allies, the amount of morale, area effected, and length of morale boosting is dependent on how high the roll is. Be warned that as with any roll, a 1 or 2 can be damaging to yourself.

Attracts Ordinators (zealot guards of the Temple), Tribunal Priests (the Temple zealots themselves, followers of Vivec, Sotha Sil and Almalexia) and the Nerevarine (the Chosen One that has to kill him, protagonist of TES III: Morrowind). In especially unfortunate occasions, Vivec (the Tribunal god) may appear and annoy him with cryptic literature of his own making.
Summon Ash Cloud - can summon a cloud of ash that only he and his minions can see through! Three turn cooldown.
Call Upon Minions - can summon an Ash Vampire, an Ascended Sleeper, an Ash Ghoul or the deadly Diseased Scrib once per battle!
A Present From House Dagoth - can attempt to afflict an enemy with Corprus, turning them into a regenerating hunk of diseased flesh loyal only to House Dagoth!
Telepathic Power Nap - Can reach out to the minds of other people and influence them during one of his naps!

Items and Equipment:
Golden Mask - Doesn't actually do anything, but sure looks great!
Loincloth - Protects Dagoth Ur's junk from ash storms and curious onlookers!
Ash Statue - Works as a beacon for House Dagoth forces when surreptitiously placed into someone else's inventory or house. Could be used to bash in some heads as well.

Description:
He's the Sharmat. He's older than music, baby. Lord of House Dagoth, formerly the terror of Vvardenfell and arch-nemesis of the Tribunal Temple, Dagoth Ur was suddenly abducted from his home at Red Mountain one day by strange equine forces. After a short bit of negotiations with Princess Luna, he agreed to help her overthrow Princess Celestia, but only if the new regime in Equestria would build a House Dagoth theme park and recruitment office featuring a one-fourth-scale (the exact scale being the main contested point and primary source of heated debate between the two parties) replica of Red Mountain. Also, he would get a summer home inside the mountain and 25% of the park's profits as part of a package deal. Now he only has to survive the dangers of Equestria and he might be set for the rest of eternity!

Feel free to balance him however you wish. With how quickly players keep dropping dead, I actually have a chance of being in this!
